FreeForm是昕友软件开发的免费表单设计器，是昕友亿方智能平台三位一体战略（企业数据、表单、流程）的其中一个重要组件。是一个基于.Net + SilverLight + DataBase + WCF 设计的动态表单RIA SOA系统。包含Web表单设计器（包含运行时验证器、公式生成器）、工作流接口、运行时表单展现器，还有服务器端的表单引擎，未来还会结合昕友工作流BPM引擎。从2009年就开始设计，还在不断升级。
无需编程经验，它可以快速设计自定义样式的表单，收集企业数据信息，结合FreeFlow，用于零编码构建企业级的数据信息、表单、工作流BPM业务系统。
